We check on absent cabin owners' homes.  We also look after snowbirds (those who go south in the winter).  We forward mail, read gas meters, light snow removal, stock cabins, meet with trades people, and more for cabin owners.

We never close.  Most cabin checks are done during the day but if there is an emergency, we will take care of it any time.  We save you the trip (gas & time) to check your cabin in the off season. 

Cabins and homes should be checked on at least once a week.  For insurance purposes and Peace of Mind, know that your second home is secure when you're not there!!
