Who We Are

Marg and Hugh Sanders created Mindsprings Inc. for the purpose of supporting innovative and future-focused thinking. We host conversational processes that bring out the best in people, businesses, families and organizations.

About Mindsprings – We sell the discovery of good ideas!

Our clients are people and organizations who:

About Our Work

Our work is as varied as the clients that we serve. When working with organizations or businesses, we often work in partnership with Populus Community Planning Inc. Beth holds similar beliefs about uncovering and discovering knowledge. We have worked with:

Non-profit groups:

• determining focus and commitment for a project

Municipal governments and corporations:

• public consultation processes focusing on uncovering, collecting and developing stakeholder knowledge and brilliance 
• departmental visioning and planning for next stages 

Small business:

• celebrating and discovering achievements and possibilities

School districts:

• visioning and action plan development 
• collecting stakeholder voice and knowledge to inform future decision-making and planning

Individual men and women:

• One-on-one coaching – growth topic choices include time, career, relationships, finance, goal setting, and decision making

Celebrations:

• 40^th birthday celebration – bringing together and acknowledging significant people– who they are, what they give, and who they are becoming

We consistently receive feedback that tells us our clients have discovered and acted on bold, good ideas! We don’t provide the ideas – we design and use conversational processes that uncover them… ideas that often surprise and inspire clients.

And Now …

We would like to do more work in our closer community. We are pleased to have become a member of the Pigeon Lake Regional Chamber of Commerce and look forward to opportunities for networking and partnership. 

Margaret, particularly, would like to do more one-on-one coaching – she seeks to normalize coaching as a process for people who have successful lives, and strive to grow themselves.

Currently, she is volunteering with the Pigeon Lake Library, doing a writing workshop series. The focus of this project has been to use written word as a way to collect and deepen the experience of living. She is working with other groups locally and beyond, helping people grow personal story through writing.

Hugh volunteers as Chair of the Battle River Watershed Alliance and as a Director with Pigeon Lake Watershed Association.  He brings Mindsprings processes into this work, and continues to work with Marg and colleagues, hosting conversations that matter.
